Who Is Eligible
To qualify, you must meet all of the following:
- Hold an active paid NAPLEX Prep subscription for at least 30 days before your examination date
- Use the platform consistently during your preparation period
- Complete question bank activity that shows progress across the NABP content areas
- Submit your official NABP score report within 30 days of receiving it
What You Receive
- A full refund of the subscription fee for your current preparation cycle
- 90 days of continued full access at no charge to prepare for your retake
How to Claim
Contact us through the Contact page and choose "NAPLEX product support." Include the email address on your account and your score report. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund.
