Eligibility

To qualify for the guarantee, all of the following must be true:

• You were a paid subscriber for at least 30 days before sitting the exam.
• You used PharmDHub consistently during your subscription window (specific completion thresholds will be defined in the final guarantee terms).
• You attempted the full question-bank player and made meaningful progress across the four NABP content areas (specific thresholds defined in the final guarantee terms; full-length mock exams are on the v1.05 roadmap).
• You submit your official NABP score report showing a non-passing result within 30 days of receiving it.

What you receive

• A 100% refund of the subscription fees paid during your active prep cycle.
• Free retake access: 90 days of premium tier, at no charge.

Tracking your status
